IT'S ABOUT TIME... TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE DOCTOR!
There's a new star taking her place amongst the famous illuminations on Blackpool's golden mile this evening, so head on down to Madame Tussauds to follow in the first footsteps of new Doctor Jodie Whittaker and take your place aboard the most famous time and space machine in the universe!
Like the Time Lord herself, you'll make your way past Saturday night before entering a mysterious new part of the attraction...
There you'll see Doctors past and present come and go as the time traveller changes before your very eyes until you reach the present... and future!
You might remember that Jodie Whittaker's 13th Doctor was announced on 16th July 2017 following the Men's Wimbledon Final (Yes, on a Sunday!) and featured the new Doctor making her way through a leafy scene to find the TARDIS amongst some ancient ruins.

Now you can take the same journey, travelling through a set designed by the show's makers as you happen upon the new sonic screwdriver, adding to the famous illuminations.
As you move through, you'll hear that famous "Vworp vworp!" as the (genuine Series 11) TARDIS materializes before your eyes to meet its new owner...
...and this is where visitors can pose with the astoundingly life-like wax replica of Thirteenth Doctor herself!
Jodie Whittaker, who attended a sitting to ensure every detail had been perfectly replicated, said “It’s an incredible honour to become part of the Madame Tussauds family, they’ve done such an amazing job!”
Once you've marvelled at the incredible detail on the Doctor herself, including the official costume supplied by the BBC - right down to the stripy socks! - you'll have the opportunity to travel in style with your choice of three TARDIS interiors in the interactive green screen area.
The new series of Doctor Who got off to a cracking start with debut episode The Woman Who Fell to Earth scoring 8.2 million in overnight ratings (consolidating to 10.9 million to give the highest season launch for the series ever)!
Coming Soon: Launch Night!
