Mary Shelley: The Silver Turk, The Witch from the Well & Army of Death

The Silver Turk
is an atmospheric treat with great 10th planet cybermen in the part of universal monsters, with a nice debut for mary shelley. But somehow slightly less than the sum of its (spare) parts due to forgettable supporting cast.
7/10

The Witch from the Well
is very enjoyable albeit muddled and overlong. Mary continues to intrigue without really gripping.
6.5/10

Army of Death
boasts a twisty MacBeth-esque feel to its ghost story elements & David Harewood is a class act, however we've come to the end of the mary shelley trilogy & she still hasn't made a real impact.
7/10
